One of our all time favorite real estate client gifts is the wine club subscription. Why? Because a wine club gift subscription is the gift that keeps on giving. Your clients will think of you fondly every time they receive their monthly wine gift! Let’s face it, good PR is at least a partial reason for holiday gift giving.
Caution: There are plenty of wine clubs out there that sell cheap bulk wine at low montly costs. But really, who wants to get or give cheap wine? Anyone can buy cheap wines at their local stores but a good quality wine for just a bit more tells a person you really do care about them and want them to experience only the best. Personally, we have absolutely no interest in bad cheap wine since from a young age Uncle Len introduced us to and taught us the nuances of fine wine, no matter the price.
